Robert Geathers Nominated For Player Of The Week

geathers_robert.jpgWell, Robert “Jumpy” Geathers was certainly all over the field Monday night in the win over the Ravens, and now great news as he has been nominated for the Defensive Player of the Week over at NFL.com. I was most impressed by the interception and short return for Geathers, he look huge let incredibly athletic during that play.

Here are Geathers offical highlights from last night.

Made four tackles, one sack, forced a fumble and intercepted a pass in the Bengals’ 27-20 win over the Baltimore Ravens. Geathers’ first-quarter fumble recovery set up the Bengals’ first touchdown. His third-quarter sack and forced fumble led to another touchdown, and his fourth-quarter interception also resulted in a touchdown.
